Jan Bennetts was sworn in as Ada County Prosecutor in November 2014 after being unanimously selected by the Ada County Republican Central Committee and then being unanimously appointed by the Ada County Commissioners to succeed Greg Bower upon his retirement. But Jan wasn't given the job as prosecutor . . . she earned it.  In 2016, Jan was elected and has continued her commitment to excellence as your Ada County Prosecuting Attorney.

We have come to really appreciate Jan Bennetts and her past work and performance.  Her credentials and past contribution to Ada County residents are exceptional and we believe there is no better candidate for this job.
