Idaho GOP Chairwoman Dorothy Moon with the TRUTH about ranked choice voting!
They lied to get it on the ballot. Now it is time for the truth.
Paid signature gatherers have been traveling the state over the past year, telling people that their new initiative will result in open primaries, re-enfranchise voters, and create a more fair and equitable system.
None of that is true.
This initiative seeks to change how Idahoans have voted since the beginning by implementing ranked-choice voting (RCV). RCV undermines the American concept of “one person, one vote,” which has given us confidence in our elections for centuries. Instead, it introduces a system that is deliberately confusing and difficult to audit.
Under RCV, voters rank the candidates on the ballot from their first to last choice. Votes are then tabulated in rounds. In the first round, all first choices are counted. If no candidate wins a 50% majority, the lowest vote-getter is eliminated, and ballots listing that candidate as the first choice are recast for their second choice. This process continues until one candidate exceeds 50% and is declared the winner.

Idaho GOP Chairwoman Dorothy Moon on the aftermath of the primary election:
It was great to see so many Republicans at the Riverside Hotel on Tuesday night. The Idaho GOP’s watch party provided candidates and voters an opportunity to connect as the primary results came in. It was a long campaign season, filled with signs, mailers, text messages, ads, and front door conversations, all leading to one night. We congratulate all who dedicated their time and energy to share their message with the voters of Idaho, who have now spoken.
The primary campaign is over, and it is time to unite as Republicans. Whatever disagreements we had before Tuesday, it is time to set them aside and join forces to protect our God-given freedoms. The other party supports unlimited abortion until birth, indoctrinating children to believe they can change their gender through drugs and surgeries, pervasive restrictions on our rights to free speech and self-defense, and cradle-to-grave government welfare.
Republicans offer a different vision: children growing up safely with parents and/or family in a community that still upholds the values that made Idaho the greatest state in America.
Tuesday’s results showed that the Republican grassroots remain strong. Despite unprecedented amounts of money — even hundreds of thousands of dollars targeting precinct committeeman races — the people made their own choices. They did not necessarily choose the candidates with the most mailers or text messages but those who engaged in neighborhood outreach. A hundred ads cannot beat one candidate who knocks on doors and speaks personally to their neighbors.

The first three words of the U.S. Constitution are "We The People" not we the government. If we don't wake up soon to the forces that are working to rob you of freedom and rights, you will soon be a slave. You will be working for the government, working by their rules and you will be facing a life that ideologies like liberalism, socialism and communism force on people.
Wake up. Read the platforms. Then decide which one you think is better for you and the future of your family.
We The People is a conservative stand that Democrats battle against. Democrats want it to say, "We the government and we the Democrats know what is best for the people." They want it to say, "We the Democrats, in order to form a more perfect dominion." WAKE UP. Get out and vote the platform. Vote Conservative. Vote Republican.
